As part of the expansion process of our “Cooperative Compliance” team, we are looking for resources who will have the opportunity to work on Tax Cooperative Compliance projects.
The resource will be included in the dedicated team, with a focus on the implementation and monitoring of the Tax Control Framework (TCF) at large clients and multinational groups. The profile will contribute to the management of projects aimed at assessing and mitigating tax risks, defining control safeguards and preparing the documentation required by the Internal Revenue Service for accessing and remaining in the cooperative compliance regime (Legislative Decree 128/2015).
Main responsibilities:
- Support in the mapping of tax processes and related risks;
- Participation in the definition and implementation of tax control principals;
- Collaboration in the drafting of TCF documentation (manuals, policies, risk-control matrices);
- Interaction with internal business functions (Tax, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit) and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring of regulatory developments and support in the adaptation of safeguards;
- Support in interaction with the Internal Revenue Service, including in the phase of accessing and maintaining the collaborative compliance regime;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law or related disciplines;
- 3-5 years of experience in tax or internal control (preferably in consulting or structured company contexts);
- Knowledge of Italian tax law and OECD principles on tax risk management;
- Familiarity with Models 231, internal control systems and/or SOX is appreciated;
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and teamwork skills.

- Management of APA (Advance Pricing Agreements) and MAP (Mutual Agreement Procedures);

Depending on the level of autonomy and experience, the professional will assist and coordinate junior resources, guiding them in their professional growth.
The professional will also be involved in editorial and training activities (conferences, Master's programs, in-depth courses) in Italy and abroad organized by our organization.
The profile is completed by excellent written and spoken English proficiency, total mastery of the MS OFFICE package, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and an attitude and proactive approach to professional development.

The Tax Specialist will support the existing tax team and will deal with both corporate and operational tax aspects (at both national/international levels), take responsibility for a portfolio of clients and expand the advisory work offered by the firm. We look for an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with both corporate tax and personal tax experience.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law or / CPA equivalent
- 4/5 years' experience in Tax
- Fluent in English (written & oral)
- Excellent technical skills
- Office Automation skills (in particular Power Point/Excel)
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Pragmatic and able to work in team
- Communication and writing skills
Additional Skills:
- English mother tongue
- Previous experience in an international context
- Master degree in Economy/Finance and/or Master degree in Law with a specialization in taxes
- Good understanding/speaking of further languages would be a plus
