3H Financial Fiscal Business Academy
Financial Fiscal Business emphasize a holistic approach to business management, where history provides a guiding foundation, finance drives growth, and tax strategies ensure efficiency and compliance. This philosophy reflects a robust framework for building sustainable and resilient enterprises within 3H.
3H Academy is an association set up among relevant financial executives, professors and business consultants.
3H Academy is a non-profit organization and pursues the aim of actively contributing to the debate and promotion of the most relevant topics for professionals (in-house and external to the company), business consultants, experts and professionals in the financial sector, tax and financial consultants, treasurers and financial controllers, as well as renowned exponents of Italian and international culture in the humanities, economics, business, sustainability and governance.
The 3H Academy carries out different activities that contribute to the pursuit of the purposes it has set itself. It implements its own resources and skills, but also cooperates with assistance and advice of experts and external collaborators, in particular:
- To study or propose the study of any financial, tax, economic, business, sustainability and governance issues relevant to its members and closely monitor developments in these areas;
- To promote contacts, debates and exchanges of ideas and experiences on issues of interest to 3H Academy activities;
- To organize, alone or in cooperation with other organizations, conferences, congresses and events;
Moreover, as a periodic series of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary seminars, organized in collaboration with the CLE (Centrum Latinitatis Europae) and the Diotima Society, the 3H Academy aims to foster a productive dialogue among diverse disciplinary fields, promoting both personal and collective growth.
Each session focuses on a predetermined theme, discussed by scholars and experts from various professional sectors, each offering their perspective based on their expertise. The insights generated from these discussions serve as a basis for dialogue between the audience and the discussants, fostering a rich multilateral exchange. This exchange of ideas becomes an indispensable tool for rediscovering the roots (Humus) and the inherent natural and multidisciplinary specificity (Humanitas) of the Homo.
Finance is the lifeblood of business operations, and this phrase underlines the idea that financial strategies should support and be intricately tied to the business's core activities and objectives. It stresses aligning financial management with the unique needs, growth opportunities, and operational realities of the business, ensuring that finances act as an enabler rather than a constraint.
This highlights the importance of a tax strategy that is seamlessly integrated with the overall business framework. Tax considerations should not be an afterthought; instead, they should complement business decisions, optimizing profitability and ensuring compliance without stifling innovation or growth. It also reflects a proactive approach to leveraging tax planning as a tool for sustainability and efficiency.
This implies grounding a business in its heritage, legacy, and past achievements. It suggests a foundation of trust, proven track records, and lessons learned. Leveraging history means drawing insights from past experiences and using them to make informed decisions that shape future strategies. This reflects continuity, credibility, and respect for the enduring principles that have guided the business thus far.
Homo as an individual in a society undergoing profound transformation, becoming a “polytropon” like a modern Ulysses—versatile, broadening horizons, and surpassing personal limits.
Humus as the soil in which to rediscover one’s roots, a primordial connection to the past, to project oneself into a deeply aware future.
Humanitas as the unique hallmark of humanity, where intelligence and emotion intertwine in a semantic ambiguity that has always been a subject of debate.
